Fabrizio Orsenigo
Tecnico
Fabrizio Orsenigo è uno specialista di microscopia con oltre 20 anni di esperienza in biologia molecolare, cellulare e murina, con un forte focus sulla microscopia ottica e l’analisi d’immagine. Ha iniziato la sua carriera all’Istituto Mario Negri, conseguendo il titolo di Tecnico di Ricerca nel 2001, per poi entrare in IFOM nel laboratorio di biologia vascolare guidato da Elisabetta Dejana. Ha contribuito a numerosi progetti di ricerca sull’angiogenesi e i microambienti tumorali.
Nel 2016 ha collaborato alla creazione del laboratorio della Dejana all’Università di Uppsala, coordinando l’installazione di sistemi avanzati di microscopia.
Dal 2022 fa parte dell’Unità di Microscopia Ottica Avanzata di IFOM, dove si occupa di imaging ad alta risoluzione e analisi con Fiji, QuPath, Arivis e Python. Partecipa inoltre alle attività formative, insegnando preparazione dei tessuti e analisi d’immagine di base agli studenti della SEMM.
