Registrations are now closed

The number of participants will be limited to max 80 attendees. We hope this small setting will facilitate interactions and scientific discussions between attendees.

For this reason, there is a two steps registration procedure:

  • In the first step all participants are requested to submit an abstract
  • In the second registration step, only participants with accepted abstract will receive instructions to complete the registration fee payment.

More details about the registration procedure

  • All participants are requested to submit an abstract by the registration deadline (February 10th,2023) and express a preference between oral or poster presentation.
  • Participants interested to attend without presenting are still required to submit a research statement (instead of an abstract) to describe their research interests, that will be used to select participants. Plase note that higher priority will be given to participants presenting posters or talks.
  • The abstracts will be screened within a month from the submission deadline, to ensure fit with the meeting topics and limit the number of participants to the maximum number of attendees (max 80)
  • All registered participants will receive in February 2023 a notification about the abstract being accepted or not, and the type of presentation allocated (oral or poster).
  • In the second registration step, only participants with an accepted abstract will receive instructions to complete and confirm the registration by paying the registration fee (100Euro) by the March 15th, 2023 deadline (two months before the meeting)

Registration fee (VAT included): € 100,00

Registration fee should be paid only if the registration is accepted based on the submitted abstract. Only the attendees selected in the abstract pre-screening will receive a notification of:

  • Attendance to all the scientific sessions of the Symposium;
  • Symposium material;
  • Participation in the poster session;
  • Meals and coffee breaks during the sessions.

Travel and lodging expenses will be at each participant's charge

Cancellation policy
  • All requests for cancellation must be submitted in writing to events-team@ifom.eu within April 23rd, 2023. The registration fee will be refunded in full, less an administrative fee of 20% of the registration amount.
  • Cancellations received after April 23rd, 2023 or no-show will not be refunded at all.
E-mail address publication
  • In the registration form, IFOM will ask you for authorization to the publication of your e-mail address (published on the electronic abstract book, in the list of participants).
