Registration fee (VAT INCLUDED)

  • Single room: € 1100
  • Double shared room: € 900
  • Triple shared room: € 800 (limited number of rooms available)
Registration and payment must be done simultaneously.

Registration fee includes:

  • Accommodation (check-in Sept. 14 and check-out Sept. 17, 2017 (3 nights). We advise you to register as soon as possible to secure lodging on the island.
  • Attendance to all the scientific sessions of the Conference, including the two poster sessions.
  • Bag and course materials including badge.
  • Welcome refreshment on Sept. 14; breakfast, coffee breaks, lunch and dinner buffets during the whole conference; drinks & snacks during poster sessions; social dinner on Sept. 16.
  • Cruise and tour to Torcello and Burano Islands.

Travel awards

A scientific committee will award EFIS/EJI sponsored travel fellowships of the value of € 500 each to five outstanding junior scientists (graduate students and post-graduate fellows) selected on the basis of excellence and novelty of the presented work. If you are interested to apply for a EFIS/EJI travel award, submit a request writing to events-team[@]ifom.eu including in the title of the message "Application for a EFIS/EJI travel award".
To apply for a travel award, certification of enrolment in a graduate program or letter from the host laboratory documenting post-doctoral status, is required.

July 24, 2017
Additional travel awards will be gently sponsored by Boehringer Ingelheim Stiftung. Awardees will be selected according to the same procedures of assignment. Miltenyi Biotec will sponsor the Best Poster Award, that will be assigned during the Conference.

Deadline for Registration / Payment:
June 30, 2017

The registration will only be valid upon receipt of the full payment. The IFOM Event Team will send you an invoice to finalize the registration procedure.

Credit card (accepted credit cards: VISA, VPay, MasterCard, Maestro, MySi).
Cancellation policy
All requests for cancellation must be submitted in writing to events-team@ifom.eu within July 31, 2017. The registration fee will be refunded in full, less an administrative fee of 20% of the registration amount.
Cancellations received after July 31, 2017 or no-show will not be refunded at all.
You can submit your abstract online only after your registration has been completed (registration code is compulsory to submit your abstract).
